1. Campaign Duration

• December 1st, 2024, to January 15th, 2025

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or above who are residents of Kerala.
• Eligibility for prizes is contingent upon a confirmed paid booking of Faboolux interior services during the Campaign period.
• Employees of Faboolux Interiors, their immediate family members, and associated partners are not eligible to participate.

3. Registration and Booking

• Participants must register online via the official campaign portal or in person at the Faboolux Experience Center, Cochin.
• Only participants with valid paid bookings made during the Campaign period will be entered into the prize draw.
• Registrations and bookings must be completed by January 15th, 2025.

4. Prizes

Participants with paid bookings will be eligible for the following prizes:

• Grand Prize: Complete 2BHK Interior Makeover for one winner.
• Second Prize: Kitchen Interior Makeover for one winner.
• Third Prize: Wardrobe, Study, or Cupboard Unit for three winners (one prize per winner).

Note:

• The design, materials, and scope of work for each prize are subject to Faboolux’s discretion.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.

5. Prize Draw

• The prize draw will be conducted on after Jan 15 at the Faboolux Experience Center, Cochin.
• Winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants with paid bookings.
• Winners will be notified within 7 days via the contact information provided at registration.

6. Prize Collection

• Winners must claim their prizes within 15 days of receiving notification.
• Winners must provide valid identification and proof of paid booking to claim their prizes.
• Failure to claim a prize within the specified period will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Discount Offers

• Walk-in customers and registered participants at the Cochin Experience Center are eligible for an 8-10% discount on the final price of selected interior solutions.
• Discounts apply only to bookings made during the Campaign period and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

8. Data Protection

• By participating in the Campaign, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign and distributing prizes.
• Faboolux Interiors will handle all personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

9. Liability

• Faboolux Interiors is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or disruptions affecting participation or prize distribution.
• Faboolux reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

10. Disqualification

• Faboolux reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates these Terms and Conditions.
